The plate has a beautiful green transferware border with floral garlands, small medallion details, and a softly aged ivory ground. The design has a quiet French country feel, making it lovely for a plate wall, open kitchen shelving, a collected table setting, or layered into a vignette.

The back is marked Moulin des Loups & Hamage Nord, France, with the Provence pattern name beneath the windmill mark.
