Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once an item has been prepared for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can items be held?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, items are available on a first-come basis and cannot be reserved.

What qualifies as an antique?
Items over 100 years old are classified as antique. Pieces that are newer, yet still aged and storied, may be described as vintage.
How do you authenticate age?
Each piece is carefully sourced and evaluated based on materials, construction, patina, and provenance. While exact dating is not always possible, every effort is made to represent each item as accurately and honestly as possible.
Are items cleaned or restored?
Pieces are lightly cleaned when appropriate, but we do not over-restore. We preserve original patina and character whenever possible.
Shipping, Packing & Care
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. For overseas shipments, please contact us before purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within a few days. Delivery time varies depending on your location and the size of the piece.
How are fragile items packed?
Each piece is carefully wrapped using protective materials and cushioning to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items are double-boxed when needed, with special attention given to delicate edges and surfaces.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States.
Do you insure shipments?
All shipments are insured when appropriate, with additional coverage added for higher-value pieces to protect your purchase while in transit.
Do you ship overseas?
International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us prior to purchase.
How is furniture shipping handled?
Furniture and larger pieces require custom shipping arrangements. A quote may be requested through our furniture shipping form before or after purchase, and delivery is coordinated with a trusted carrier based on your location and the nature of the piece. Timing varies depending on distance and carrier availability.
Returns & Damage
Are returns accepted?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. However, if there is an unforeseen circumstance that arises, we will handle it on a case by case basis.
Can I return an item due to age or wear?
No. Signs of age, wear, and patina are expected and are not considered defects.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
