The reverse retains an old Marseille label reading: “Georges Caors, 15 Rue Moustier, Marseille, Expert près les tribunaux.”

There is also a faint handwritten marking on the back of the frame that appears to read “palmette” or similar.

There is no current hanging hardware attached. It appears the piece may have once rested directly on a nail, though new hanging hardware could be added if desired.
